Wheres is my att u verse tech?

Sending this in behalf of my parents they resently moved. And scheduled internet hook up for new house. They received a date of June 4th there was and error no one showed up. Rescheduled for 11th there was an error no one showed up. Now they are trying to reschedule for the 17th instead of just having some one come out and just hook up the freaking internet. I have called every number available transferred to numerous people that have no solution but roll the dice and wait till the 17th. What do they do. They are elderly and need internet to help their daily life.
