What would you say?

What would you say to AT&T if they charged your 81 year old Mother for Internet Service from July 2019 (when she told them she did not want it since it never worked.) until TODAY, BUT provided HER service to someone in Marble Bluff Subdivision (Marble View)... and REFUSED to credit her the money because "There was activity on her connection"?
This service came back for a brief 2-3 weeks of actual service a few weeks ago until they gave it back to the house in Marble Bluff last Monday.
What would you say?
What would you say if AT&T dropped your 81 year old Mother's Landline phone last Monday with the Internet?
What would you say if you found out that your Mother was being charged all this time ....you find out because AT&T had HER billing information and YOUR billing information on your account on their website?
What would you say if when they 'fixed' YOUR billing information on YOUR account on their website (removing her billing information), but HER billing information on their website shows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No account billing information. No past payments. No SERVICE of any kind!
What would you say?

We understand your frustration with account no being cancelled when it was asked to be cancelled, now there are problems with getting refunded. @pmstoday, Don't worry we can see what can be done here.
