What to do when AT&T Tech deliberately screws up your install???

att access I'd [email scrubbed]

we had a tech come out and install uverse internet and he said he'd use closet for best connection then without telling me he installed in kitchen across house at the farthest point away from our computers which are across the home in our room. its an older home from the 1930s with lead paint and we barely get a signal wifi or otherwise. I demand a tech come out asap and fix this or I will cancel services and not pay for this because this is crap and not what I agreed to or pay $70 a month for

fix it

we waited a week or more for install then you guys screw up like this

this is not acceptable

You're posting in a customer to customer support group. Call 800.288.2020 and report your issue.
