Utility Easement Encroachment Approval - No Objection Letter
I'm trying to build a pool in my backyard that will be 2 ft in encroachment into the easement. In order to get the Miami Dade County (Florida) building permissions I need a consent letter from all the Utility Companies in my area. I was able to get FPL, Water & Sewer, Comcast and Gas consent letters, I'm only missing the AT&T letter. After calling the customer support line they send me to an store in order to get this letter. I went to the store and they were unable to help me with this matter. I trying to contact someone that can at least give a phone number to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

Good evening @bryanalonso,
My name is Anthony, and I am part of the AT&T Community and Forums Team. It is my understanding you want to get an easement release from AT&T. This is so you can start construction on your new swimming pool. I will be happy to put you in touch with the right department.
Please call 1- 800-894-0374; this number will put you in touch with our property damage department. They also handle easement issues for AT&T.
Thank you for using the Community Forums, and have a wonderful holiday season!

I have an AT&T easement that's not clear on the location of the equipment. I need to talk to someone that can confirm the location and possibly amend the easement to include the location. We are purchasing a large piece of land that currently cannot be built on due to the easement. Any idea who to call? When I dial the 800-894-0374 number I can't get a liver person or even a voice mail. Thank you.

Phone Number Doesn't Offer an automated Option for Easement Letters.
Apparently there is one person in all of AT&T Risk Management - and, they're sooo overwhelmed that after being on hold for some time - they notify you that the Voicemail Box is Full and cannot accept messages.
In the past when I've received this sort of dis-Service, the company was on its last legs about to file for either Chapter 8 or Chapter 11.

That's the number AT&T has provided. You could write the office of the president or you can do the following:

Just for information another number provided for Sedgwick 800-246-8464 yet another number is 855-365-4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST. Since we've been given no clear direction from AT&T how to proceed with these request I'm closing this topic to posting so the numbers stay on the bottom.
