@newbe1 - It should be the same (but different name/pw). Find your newtork on the computer & enter the PW & connect.
WPS is a "simmplified" method - when WPS buttton is activated on both the RG & the PC they will connect auto.Window is short for security.
Make sure WPS is enabled in RG. Is this your GUI - http://192.168.1.254/xslt?PAGE=C_2_1

This has been going on since May and I convinced them the router was bad. Got a new Router but I'm having to reboot it about every 2nd day. Getting annoying and thinking of going to Comcast.
Situation -
All appropriate lights are on: Power, Wireless, System and Broadband However, cannot connect to the Wireless Network and hence cannot connect to the internet - When I try to log onto the homepage of the router through wireless, cannot reach it. I did another reboot this morning -
This is a short view of the event log - the first line is where I started the reboot. What the heck is it doing that results in the acs connreq about every 2 hours as it seems not to come back from there? Should I be requesting ANOTHER new modem? I tend to think it is a modem issue because all the lights are on and no connection is possible.

Hi @kdphipps,
Sorry to read of your experience. In the past, modem environment has played a factor when it comes to internet service. It can make or break the service. Check out this article, it may help.
By chance, do you have any other wi-fi devices and is the loss happening on all of them?
