Terrible and Unethical Practices
I was promised free install (bay area promotion) numerous blunders on at&t side and they created new work orders that I did not authorize and put on a total of $149 in fees. After literally 4 or more hours on the phone (I can prove it) they finally credited my install fee. Then needed another few hours (I can prove it) for the 50 internet fee that was supposed to be free on the promotion. This was after multiple lives of assurance that my account was taken care of. Then to top it off, they put ANOTHER charge for installation on the next month's bill! I had already cancelled my service based off the poor customer service I consistently received from more than 10 representatives. Now they are telling me the original 100 install credit was for the second charge that had not even been generated that didnt exist when I got the credit. Time machine? I'm more than frustrated. ATT refused to show me proof that I agreed to install fee. It cost $200 to fill out a form for arbitration. . Am I going to do it? Yep, this is for principal and I will show att that it is more expensive to give bad customer service. I will make up for my loss in money and time for the satisfaction of holding att accountable. Can you please send the form? Thanks!
