Technicians Are Sent to the Wrong Address For Service
I have had multiple technicians come to my address to connect/disconnect/repair/etc service for others because they have it listed that the terminal is on the pole in my back yard. Every single time they come out, they look up and find that it is not even in use. The active terminal is 3-4 homes east of my address. I cannot find anyone to report this to and the technicians just keep coming.

If have an inactive terminal in your yard, the technician is supposed to create a ticket to report the issue.
Another department is then supposed to do what is needed to repair or replace the terminal.
If they cannot, then that group would need to update the records database.
The ticket created is an SRN order handled by the engineering group.
