Your reply was rude....you don't have to wait for it to come in the mail you can call and there is an option that says check status of application. Your asking did they read? Do you know the services your job offers because the correct thing would have been to tell the customer to call in if they haven't received their letter

I applied and called the att customer service line tgey said they seen my application and that i was approved but suposely my area wasnt qualify yet how does that even make sense? And she couldnt give me the ticket number cause it wasnt letting them that doesnt make sense either i really need this service for my lids they are going to be home schooled and i need this service asap! I been waiting foe almost 2 months already why cant they just do my service and stop making excuses?
I got a mail but it doesn't say is it approved or denied.
What does it mean?
