I am building a home in the Mcdonough GA area 30252 and my neighbors have AT&T but with 25mbps - when will faster internet be available - fiber etc.

According to the following link, 30252 already has fiber, 53% of addresses can receive internet 1000....

suspect your building in your home in the 47% area that is fiber/copper hybrid where best speed is 100/20 provided within 1000 feet of the fiber VRAD. As copper loop length increases the speed tiers available will decrease. 100, 75, 50, 25, 18, 10, 5, 3, 1.5, .76
