Has anyone been able to successfully resolve a property damage claim resulting from an AT&T install team's actions once it has been farmed out to Sedgwick ?

We've had emails but no resolution to a relatively simple damage claim. Have been an AT&T customer for a very long time, but have been surprised at how bad the experience has been.

I am having the same issues. I keep submitting documents and getting no resolution.

this is the worst company call communication, all the do is hide for years and not honor your claim, however if they have a claim on you you better fullfil it,
