Requesting bonded pair
How would I go about putting in an order for Internet 50 with pair bonding? I recently have Internet 25 installed and the tech confirmed that I can get pair bonding. My loop distance is within the requirements and I am on a K card. I tried contacting regular sales and they seem to be limited to what is available at my address. How would I go about putting in an order for Internet 50 and triggering the system to install another pair? The tech's chat states I am able to, but I would loose my promotions.
Any advice on how to proceed would be great.
Thanks,

Availability will lead you to what's availability for your location. If 50 isn't a listed offer then there is really nothing you can do to get it. If it is then you can order it and t tech will be dispatched to do the install if physically possible.

That's the thing. It is physically possible. Confirmed by estimated loop length on JDSU and port swap to an N card and there are extra ports available on my N card. The problem is, the database isn't updated since I believe I am the first owner to actually have VDSL2 installed. Is there no way to escalate this?

I don't know why you would lose your promotions. What you need to ask for is an Address Validation Case, which asks them to send an engineer to validate that the online database information is correct. If they decide the information about your address is incorrect, then they can update that and turn you green for dual-pair 50 Mbps. OTOH, if there is some management decision that is preventing your bonded pair install, e.g. they are reserving 20% of the free pairs or ports for new customers, then you will go nowhere. Call and ask. Good luck!

I don't understand why I would loose my promotion as well. That's what the chat told the tech while he was here. Is there any way support here can create that case for me through a PM?

I've been thinking about an upgrade to 50M, since the monthly cost would be the same as my 24M and my sync rate has been sitting at 74 Mbps ever since I got the NVG 589 over a year ago.

The tech and I decided not to put a new order in for Internet 50 because the chat rep stated that she could not transfer over the promotion I currently have. I'm on Business Internet 25, not residential, so my rate is 24 months/no contract/no caps.
Here is a screenshot of the stats. I can't seem to find the page that lists what protocol. On the 5268 it would say it on the stats page, but I guess the BGW-210 doesn't. The tech stated I'm on 8d and not on 17a. However I cannot confirm on my gateway.

I'll probably be stuck with 8d simply due to the SN. Hence why I'm trying to figure out how to force an order in for bonded pair.
Residential 25 is $40. Small business 25 is $40. Hence why I went ahead and placed an order. However for Residential 50, it's still $40. But for Small Business 50, it's listed as $50 a month. These are promo prices, the good thing is that small business price is locked for 24 months without contract vs residential 12 months with a 1 year contract.
