replaceing a pole with power pole
Hello, I am a contractor is San Antonio, our client has a ATT data only pole in the middle of his front yard. He is upgrading his service and would like to put the new power pole and ATT service onto the new pole and remove the middle pole. Who would I talk to about this at ATT?

There is no power on the pole and the power company rep has already told me it is not their pole. It is owned by ATT
