Shouldn't AT&T notify homeowners before burying a cable on private property? The cable originates a few doors down but must go through my yard and that of 2 other neighbor's in order to reach the cable box.

They don't need permission if they are within an easement.

The cable is not on an easement but I have talked with the company that will bury it and they said they will move it and make certain it runs along the easement. Thank you for your response.
