Previous tenant hasn't cancelled their account.
My friends and i just moved to a new apartment. The previous tenant has not cancelled or transferred their plan. We can't do anything till someone does something and it's driving us crazy .We've only had internet on our phones for 2 weeks.
We were planning to use another provider but the coax cable isn't even hooked up. I want to switch to ATT but they can't do anything till we get the line cleared.
ATT please help rush this along.
