NO SERVICE IN SUBDIVISION

We live in Southaven, MS 38671, Most everyone around us has services except us, we need to get our Subdivision surveyed and get lines extended to our homes.  My physical address is ***  2 homes were given dsl service last week, but that is it.  Subdivision directly behind us has service.  We need to see if we are able to get uverse lines extended to us.  All of us currently have Direct TV, so we would be good AT&T customers.
