No Internet Connection- only green wire connected
I had DSL internet set up at my house on Friday April 6, and it randomly shut off today at 1:50pm (I was alerted by my security system that went completely offline because there was no internet connection.) I looked inside the copper transition enclosure, and noticed that only the green + white wires are connected, and all others (brown, orange, blue) are cut. (See photo below)
I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this? I could be overthinking, but an AT&T tech can not get to my house until Wednesday and I feel very uneasy about my security system being down until then 😞 I tried resetting the modem and customer service tried to troubleshoot several times, but the red light next to “Broadband” keeps popping back up. I am upset that this is happening and that I have no internet connection only 3 days after setup.
