No Call No show
I live in Michigan and we had a wind storm come through Friday night. It knocked a line down in my yard and when I called they said no one can get to me until Monday December 5th between 4-8pm. It’s now 9:45pm on Monday December 5th with no technician at all and not even a call from anyone to tell me if he’s even coming today or not. My wife works from home and now has to take time off of work because of this. Totally unprofessional way to do business and I will more than likely be looking to switch services ASAP.

We can check on the status of your service call, Rstaffiery.
We'll send you a Direct Message to get started. Look for the chat icon in the upper right corner.
Keep in mind that if the work was to be done outside, that could explain why you didn't receive a call or update from the technician. In some cases, technicians don't call customers if they're doing all their work outside the residence.
Either way, we'll take a look at your account and see what we can find out.
