Was it working with security & the new security is different. It probably has a different code. YOu are trying to reconnect using the new code?

Not sure. The printer (wireless) is not found online, and I wonder if it is a problem with the router. I wasn't told anything about security, former or new.

The U-Verse installer has been told about this problem and my email problem, but he says he doesn't think another tech visit is needed. I am very unhappy about that!

Here is the link to the wireless portion of the RG - http://192.168.1.254/
You can see what you have. You can turn off security toi se if you can connect. If you cannot conneect it is a wi-fi problem.

Normally I tell people in your situation is to treat the printer as if you just took it out of the box.
Repeat the initial network setup on the printer, then remove and recreate the printer setup on each PC that connects to it.
