New construction service

Just recently purchased a new construction home. The builder mistakenly didn’t put an outlet in the Service box of the house so the techniction that came out was unable to install the router in that box. Got in contact with the builder and they are going to come out and install that outlet. What is the process for getting the tech out to install the router in that service box?
