New construction new service SPRING BRANCH

We have moved into a new construction home in a neighborhood where AT&T has fiber internet service. Neighbors have access to service. Our home is not in your database yet.  Called sales/technical support with no success. I was told the address needs to be added to your database before I can order. Can someone provide help? Thanks
