New construction ATT blowing smoke because they are to lazy to lay b-wire to supply my new house internet and tv
I built a new house in an established subdivision, only to find out the ATT box is a block away, so they put a “ticket” in to have service provided. Its been a month and nothing but excuses, I have friends who are techs for ATT and have said theu just dont want to lay the B-Wire cause its cold out.
I am giving Spectrum a shot at proving new service to me. I hope someone from ATT sees this, I am thoughly dissappointed and cannot believe in this day and age its such a big job for something so simple. If an ATT rep or customer retention person see this, call me before I switch if you at all value your customers and the service you are suppose to provide.
