New Commercial Construction

Hi 

I need some assistance tracking down the right AT&T department.  I have been give 8 - 800 numbers and still no help.   I have a new construction project in Brighton, MI (6800 Whitmore Lake Rd).  My client has demolished an older restaurant and will be constructing a new one in its place.  There is an existing pedestal that has been confirmed to be an AT&T pedestal, but I can not verify if it servicing other surrounding businesses.    We need to move it but don't want to disrupt service.   The project will also need new service.   I think the appropriate department is new construction - engineering but no one can seem to route this question appropriately.
