Need cut line repaired
I have been trying to get someone to come to my home and repair a line going into my house that has been cut. Its a fiber line for internet. I called 3 times and an appointment has not been made. What do I have to do to get a someone to come repair this line. I just got my service less than a month ago.

Have you gotten a ticket number from repair? If you're not getting what you need from the national number you can try calling your regional repair center here . They are not 24/7 so may not be open on Sunday.

Need cut line repairs. This has happened to me several times. Internet/TV and this effect my security system as well. So tried of the same problem this is the third time this has happened to me. I have a ticket just will take over a week to get service repair. And to top it all off AT&T workers cut the line while they were doing installation for my neighbor’s service. I asked them are you going to fix this problem since you created it. I am so done.
