"My address is not within service" but my neighbor has U-verse
My house is fairly new and doesn't show up on the map very well.
*** Shorter, AL 36075
On At&t map, it displays somewhere completely different. So I provided my neighbor's address which is basically just across the street.

I requested investigation of validation and I don't even get a call back for a whole week and they are saying they don't provide service at **** wether or not my NEIGHBOR has U-verse.
The Tech service only goes by pen and paper. Doesn't want to listen in on the case by case issues. I just got a reply saying, there will no need to be update the database which doesn't have my house because they don't provide service for 20187. Wow, just speechless.

@Changan Across the street means you are on a different line that's farther away than the one across the street. The phone company did wire things in strange ways too.
ATT has provided only 40-45% of ATT users w/UverseTV and internet (45-3M) on VDSL2, 30-35% users w/ ADSL2+ internet (18M-768K) for those beyond VDSL2 range and 20-25% of users will get no DSL of any kind.
ATT is using ATT wireless 4G LTE to provide internet services for those w/no wireline service available.
