Line Transfer

How do I get AT&T to transfer their line to the new pole DTE installed 5 mounts ago? I have two smack dab in the middle of my yard that need to go. There is also one three houses down with the same issue. It's an eye sore and a hazard. DTE can't answers it and of course AT&T is impossible to get any response. I personally know ATT line technicians in my area that can't get answers. Please Help!
