We can help you connect your laptop to the Wi-Fi, Tnorris74.
Restarting the gateway usually helps with this issue. Just unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds, plug back in, and wait for the Broadband light to turn green. If you have the BGW320 model, wait for the light on the front to turn solid white.
