Internet unavailable when all of my neighbors have it?
The neighbors on both sides of my home have att internet. Why is my address unserviceable? What are my options?

What internet service do they have, or shows available if check their addresses online?
If you’re in a LEGACY DSL area, no new accounts are being accepted, older accounts grandfathered till ATT turns off these areas. Expectation is cellular service only. About 20% of ATT 21 state footprint or 15 million addresses are in this group.
For the 80% of residential addresses (60 million) where hardwired service is offered on one of three platforms… ADSL2+ best speed of 18 or less, VDSL FTTN speeds of 25 to 100 and FTTP speeds of 300+… the neighbors are to the immediate left and right on same side of the same street? Not around the corner, in back of, or across the street?
If yes, have you called and verified existing service is not installed? Only one account per address…
Have you requested an address validation case to be opened, given a case number with response ideally within (4) weeks.
