Internet Service
I live in an Equestrian community of about 20 lots outside of Jacksonville, FL. There are larger neighborhoods close that have internet service but yet AT&T does not provide service to my neighborhood. Additionally, I have about a 30 x 300 are on my property that is an AT&T easement in which I cannot build on. How do I find out what is buried there and why AT&T does not provide service when they have an easement on my property. Is it possible to convince then to offer service to this neighborhood as satellite based internet is worthless.

We suggest looking into our Easement FAQs to find information on what is on your property currently.
As for your question regarding service, there can be multiple reasons why there is no AT&T Internet In Your Area. Our easements can be regarding any number of services or products, but that does not mean that it is specifically for internet.
