Internet not activated self install
So today was my activation date set for after 2pm. Got the modem service up and get the power light, wifi light green but doesn't work, and broadband red and blinking. I called and was told to wait until after 5pm. I wait and same thing. Called back and was then told to wait until 1am. What?? Can someone tell me if service is activated that late? I cannot get through to any tech support now. My call is disconnected after waiting 40 minutes twice now. The ATT app seems to be down and I can't view my order status. Can someone tell me what to do now or if activation will take place that late? To be clear it was simple internet self install through phone Jack. Have had this Jack with Att before and no issue there.
