Installation options

I’m moving soon and would like to switch to ATT for internet, but the current location is older and currently setup for Comcast. My future landlord is concerned about how the line will be installed and is very particular. Is there a way to get some sort of assessment before actually signing up?

Anyone have any experience with this?
