I lost the internet connections about 6pm PT today March 27, 2017, I unplugged the modem/uverse router wait for 10 min then plug it on. After a few minutes all the lights turned green BUT STILL NO INTERNET CONNECTIONS. I called up the AT&T people for help but informed me to call them the next day. I tried 3 different numbers and called the technician's number but only voicemail answered. This is the very first time that it happened to us. 

Hoping that the AT&T people will do something to reconnect my internet. The billing is near approaching again.

I tried to contact AT&T personnel/technicians to inform them about my problem.  I tried the unplugged and plug solutions which I did before back home. Unplugging for 10 seconds then plug it again, after a few minutes all the lights turned green BUT STILL NO INTERNET CONNECTIONS.  How is this happen? I tried to connect to all the phones I have recorded in case of trouble but told me to wait till the next day.

Hope that you (AT&T people / technicians) will do something to reconnect my internet (internet & phone).

For AT&T to call themselves a television provider is a joke. It is a perfect day, no wind, sunny, could not ask for a better day. I am watching Meet The Press and the signal has been lost 7 times!!! Provider, I think not!

My internet was running slow, contacted Att&t the person said I could update my internet from 18 to 24 for 10 bucks. Sure why not. Internet was still running slow, they said it would take effect tonight. 

 

My broadband 2 light came on. Called to speak to a tech, troubleshooting light still red. But my internet is working fine? THey said a tech can come out...one is coming out. Should be light be green or red?I don't want to pay 100 bucks lol.

I don't know if this is because of Irma as I am in south Florida but I have power again and the internet and tv does work, but its incredibly slow and I've heard nothing from ATT as to why I'm not getting what I'm paying for...

Any time I try to load up certain websites (i.e. g2a.com) it brings this message up and won't let me proceed. It also happens when I try playing certain games (i.e. Player Unknown's Battlegrounds). I've already logged in and there is nothing wrong with the account. The balance due says $0.00unknown.png

After switching to AT&T, I tried to play my favorite online game but cannot access its site (www.polchina.com.cn). It should not be the bandwidth problem because I can even play it smoothly using free WiFi at airport (well-known for slow connection speed).

 

I also tried to switch my laptop's WiFi to iPhone hotspot instead of U-Verse and it worked! It looks strange to me because my iPhone uses AT&T's wireless data plan.
