How do I request AT&T internet to be extended into my new neighborhood?
I am relocating to an area where AT&T is available about 4,000 feet away. In the area I will be moving, there are around 20 houses being constructed in the new phase of an existing neighborhood, and I am wondering how we can request AT&T be extended to this new area (equipment made available, equipment area extended, etc.). I currently have AT&T U-verse and AT&T Fiber and would like to continue being a customer, as I will be moving in the next couple of weeks. I called to talked to a representative and she did not help me. The address is fairly new so it may not be listed in your system just yet. I can provide maps and/or additional information if needed. Thank you for your help.

Did you check the other address that are currently completed as to type of service of available?
Expect yours will be the same, after the address is in the database.
Fiber deployment from planning to activation is around 2 years, thus unless the developer of this expansion has already contact ATT would not expect anything soon.
Aerial on poles, or underground facilities using pedestal or hand holds.
Any pics would help to identify what is already in place.
EDIT... 4000 feet is about 3/4 mile.
