How do I leave a positive review of a technician?
I had a wonderful technician arrive on time and work extremely hard at fixing our issue. The issue was out of his control, but he continued to call us and update us on the status of the separate technician, which was handled within the same day.
I very much want his superior, or at least him, to know we appreciate his work ethic!!
Is there anywhere I can leave a review?

I know this is from 6 years ago, but I'm also looking to leave a review for a technician that just left our house. She was incredible. She arrived to our house a few hours early, but graciously called to make sure that was alright. When she arrived, she finished what she needed within a few minutes, but went above and beyond when she noticed the original installer left some of the fiber exposed going into the control box inside of the house.
She immediately went to her truck, got the tools necessary, and she made it look nice and tidy. Truly, what a pleasant experience! She was well spoken, eager to help, apologetic (our Fiber line was buried in 2020, but our neighbors moved in two weeks ago and the AT&T tech that arrived at their house, pulled our fiber line out of the ground and let it sit in our flower bed. When they came back to bury our neighbors line, they never buried ours back. So, that is why she was apologetic, despite it not being her fault.
I would keep her at all costs! She helped AT&T a lot in my eyes today, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that she has impressed. (Which is why I'm going out of my way to see how I may contact her Supervisor to let them know that she's incredible!)
Thank you!

Let's make sure the tech gets the recognition she deserves, @Itsmejarrad.
In order to submit feedback, we'll need to speak privately. Please check your direct message inbox in the top right corner of the page. We'll be messaging you there shortly, so we can continue this in a live chat or call.

So, AT&T just did the most AT&T thing they could. I went out of my way to give props to the tech that came out because she was incredible... HOWEVER, that tech was there because one of your techs, while installing my neighbors service, PULLED OUT LINE OUT OF THE GROUND. We arrived home after being on vacation and noticed their line and low and behold, our line laying unburied. (You could clearly see where it was pulled from the ground.) They did not have permission to come onto our property, nor mess with our service line that is buried on our property. A few days later I noticed an AT&T tech at my neighbors house and I thought "good, they're coming back to bury the lines." Nope... The tech ONLY BURIED MY NEIGHBORS LINE. Mine remained exposed. It's almost funny, if it wasn't so sad.
I had to call to have a tech come out and bury it, and I was actually informed by someone on the AT&T staff that the tech was to never be on my property. That makes me really curious. Is this true? Who gave them permission to come onto my property and remove my line?
Oh, and then AT&T goes and charges us $99 for the tech to come out and bury the line that was illegally pulled from the ground, where it laid for several years. Fix this @ATTHelp . I don't want to sit on a phone for 45 minutes like I had to last time.
This is beyond insulting that this charge even appeared on our bill.

Hey, @ATTHelp , anything? I haven't heard anything from anyone and we still have a $99 charge for burying a Fiber wire that your tech pulled up, illegally, on my property, while installing my neighbors internet. Then decided to not bury it, and only bury our neighbors. Then you charged us, for coming out and fixing that tech's error. Insane!
