How can you file a grievance against AT&T?

This has to be the worst and most helpless experience with a company. Bought my first house unfortunately in an area that AT&T is the only service provider that works. 3 times in the last week when a technician is suppose to show up and install internet and cable they no call/ no show. Of course when you try to call AT&T automated line just keeps hanging up once they transfer you. It took me calling a sales representative to look into why they aren't here again and again they have no idea where the technician is. For a billion company to not ever know where their people are saddens me to know that I am literally force to pay money with them. I've been with Comcast for years and never once received this treatment. And no one at AT&T cares, not even the supervisors.

I need to place a grievance and need some information as to where I can do that because I need some resolution. Recently AT&T sent out subcontractors to my senior parents house to trim the branches from their tree that was resting on the power/phone lines. My father not knowing any better asked if they could trim a second branch since they were up on the tree already. The crew of two said sure we could do that for $40. He said he would be right back to pay them and upon his return the crew asked him for the money as they packed up their truck. My father went to the backyard to see if the branch was removed and when he came back to question them about it they said they could not do it after all because their inspector would write them up and took off with my fathers money and moved on to the next house a block away. The tree branch was never removed and my father was left very upset. The subcontractors are always in the area, probably taking advantage of other seniors, As much as I tempted to go speak to them I chose to come to AT&T first since you were the one's that sent these thieves out. I would like a response as soon as possible to solve this issue. I will not let some thieves take advantage of my elderly parents due to their naiveness and age. Thank you. Yesi

My experience with AT&T has not been favorable.  Most recent I order internet from AT&T; the representative combined my cable bill together with the internet (something I objected to) but was informed that everything would be okay with no changes to my internet.  AT&T then sent me a bill which exceeded the amount  of what the combined charges should be.  I initiated phone several phone calls only to be hung up on and sometimes left holding for extended period of times. Without any resolution, AT&T suspended my service and the supervisor I spoke with gave his name as Tonalli rudely hung up the phone on me.  Currently, my internet is still out of service and one has the courtesy to bring a resolution to the issue. I have been a long time customer and currently looking to remove my business to AT&T's competitors. Their representatives need a good lesson in Customer Service. My experience has been horrible.
