How can you file a grievance against AT&T?
This has to be the worst and most helpless experience with a company. Bought my first house unfortunately in an area that AT&T is the only service provider that works. 3 times in the last week when a technician is suppose to show up and install internet and cable they no call/ no show. Of course when you try to call AT&T automated line just keeps hanging up once they transfer you. It took me calling a sales representative to look into why they aren't here again and again they have no idea where the technician is. For a billion company to not ever know where their people are saddens me to know that I am literally force to pay money with them. I've been with Comcast for years and never once received this treatment. And no one at AT&T cares, not even the supervisors.
