Home internet Activation Error still isn't fixed
I have been calling and creating Technical Support tickets for the last two weeks trying to get my service activated and have gotten no response or update on the status or update to my tickets. Apparently, it's an issue on AT&T's end towards the activation of my service but I've been without home internet for over two weeks now when I have been told multiple times it would be fixed within days of each call. Anyone have any luck with this type of issue?
