Have to transfer service, but there's no option to schedule a move with shelter-in-place

Hi there! I'm moving soon (April 16), and I need to transfer the internet service to my new home so I can work from home. It seems like I can't schedule a technician to set up internet (the call center that schedules is closed, and I also called my local ATT and they said their technicians aren't working) so I'm not sure what to do. Please let me know ASAP!!

Your only option is to call 800.288.2020 to schedule the move. It can be tough, but calls are going through and service appointments are being scheduled every day- just not as quickly as normal. Expect told times up to two hours.
