Has customer service ever quitted you because they didn't want to help?

After dealing with technician issues and order date malfunctions, I was talking to customer service for compensation since I missed two days of work as a result of their own malfunctions. My issue passed to two different customer service representatives before going to the supervisor. The supervisor called me, asked me to close all chat windows (probably to get rid of the evidence), then quickly forwarded my call to a department that had no knowledge of this situation or any authority in the matter. She then forwarded me to customer service which is closed today. I think the supervisor didn't want to help on my problem, so he invented a way to remove me.
