Great customer service

I had been trying to get my email working for weeks with no luck. I had called the Loyalty department several times previously with no help. I called one more time and talked to Melissa [EDITED per Community Guidelines]. While we were waiting for the temporary email password to arrive, I asked her how long she had been with AT&T just to make small talk. Her answer - three months and she already knew more than all the other agents I had talked to! She was amazing and got my email working in no time. Melissa is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. AT&T should be proud to have her.
