Giant spool left after new fiber install
Who should I contact in regards to a giant spool left after a new fiber install in the area? It has been sitting and rusting for over a year. The spool has an AT&T shipping label on it. This is in the Richmond TX area.

Well, if the contractors have left the area contact AT&T customer service 800-288-2020, if the contractors are still around talk to them.
