Frustrated

I took a day off work today to get a internet issue resolved but apparently all the helpful AT@T employees took off to get their unresolved issues handled as well? Have att direct t.v, wireless and landline... I was assured dsl service... both neighbors have it. Att capped the hub in my service area although it has plenty of space for new customers. They want everyone to go with u-verse.. WONDERFUL!! Only they can't provide me with that yet either😳 Paying hundreds in kids wifi overages as a result, can't use half the features on Direct t.v because I have no internet and my children's gaming systems purchased as their Christmas gifts are $1,000 paperweights with no internet... can't get anyone to call me or hep me. So confused
