FIXED WIRELESS SERIOUS ISSUES
Have no fixed wireless internet since 07/07/22. Have been ran in circles on numerous phone calls. Transferred here and there. NEVER can get tech support. First they sent tech to house unable to get signal needed new antennae, new work order then second appt guy didnt even show up! 3rd appt tech from appt #1 came back changed out modem and antennae still no service. Told to contact att regarding tower issue. ATT said that they checked towers and everything is fine. I have talked to numerous people and it keeps going in the viscous circle. I work from home and need my internet... Hold times 60 -90 minutes, one day 3 1/2 hours!!!!!!! If anyone has any ideas how to get the ball rolling. I NEED HELP!!!

i have had five tech appt now in last three months..... still no service
they have me on a newly installed tower that only has cell service available m\no fixed wireless on the tower its a mile closer to me than my original tower that has fixed wireless on it but the new tower wont let me route to my old tower...... so nothing.....
