Fiber ran outside my house 2 years ago. Still no internet

I live in a rural area. AT&T dug up our street to run a fiber line through my area with a manhole access at the end of my driveway. They finished April 2018. I would like to know if fiber is going to be installed at my house. How can i get a technician or something to get out to my house and verify.

Not looking for wireless fixed internet. We already have a hotspot through Verizon but would like to switch

If fiber was run past your address two years ago and you never heard of fiber access coming from AT&T, then that line is likely destined for another purpose. Could be government services, medical, corporate, etc. The company may not have seen a suitable return on investment for setting up access in your area.

True. I would just like to do an address verification to be sure.

No houses around me have it. I live in the middle of nowhere with neighbors every 1/2 mile. None of your image links worked. Im assuming this line was ran for some 5g tower or something. But if i can get a technician to come and look. Maybe it will be worth it
