false information and maskless technician
Recently two door to door salespeople came to my house and sold me on 1GB fiber. I asked them to confirm multiple times that this was fiber and they promised that this was the case. Fast forward to today, the technician arrived at my door without a mask and tried to walk in even though I was wearing one. I had to ask the technician to put on a mask and he returned to his vehicle to get one. Once he got back I asked him if he just needed to pull the fiber to inside the house and he stated that fiber is not available for this area.
I cancelled both the internet and TV services and will not consider AT&T for future services.
AT&T I do not appreciate being lied to about available services nor do I appreciate the lack of concern of the health of others by your employees.

Those are third party contractors, not AT&T employees.

This makes no difference to the end user. AT&T is responsible for who they contract with and you need to own up to who you associate with. You also make it very difficult to provide feedback which gives me the impression that you don't really care about your customers. Is anything going to be done about your employee trying to spread disease?

There is no "you" like you I'm a customer. This is a users forum not AT&T support so the eyes you want to see this probably won't.

File an FCC complaint, BBB or write the office of the president all found online. There's also the following, but it's more for unresolved service issues.

I just posted it public on Twitter, if AT&T doesn't want to provide a mechanism for feedback I will post it for all the world to see.

I doubt that will bother them much, but that's just my opinion.

I'm doubtful as well, it doesn't seem they really care about much. Thanks for your help though.
