EXPIRED REWARDS CARD
I feel like I have been scammed. Signed up for Uverse & internet and was told that there were sending me a the rewards card in the mail within 4 weeks. Never recieved it and now it expired?!?! And the expiration date was before the 4 weeks.... All I got from the Rewards Center's Superviors was " Sorrrry....." Very helpful. I would understand if I recieved the card and failed to use it by the expiration date but I never recieved it. Did they even send it?? Seems like a scam to me.

@dtran013 You had to go to the Reward Center 30 days after install and redeem your $150 reward card. Then you would get your card in 3-4 weeks w/2 months of use b4 expiration.
Obviously you didn't do that, and now the reward wasn't redeemed, but is now expired. Sorry what they say is final, especially if you were talking to the Reward Center.
