damange caused by AT&T install

we are in a new home development. The at&t crew that came in to install line damaged several of the yards in our neighborhood. no one is responding or helping when we try to contact customer service. most yards just have sod damage. our yard also has a slow leak in the pipes caused water to pool. we need someone to take responsibility and come help. we feel very stuck. This is for zip code 29412. please please help us.

Is this damage you speak of in the utility easement which runs thru each persons back yard, or is this where AT&T ran cables to each home for service?

If it was in the utility easement, that is what it's for.  Typically they try to do their best to mitagate damage to sod or surrounding plants but some is bound to occur.  At a buddy of mines house they had to go straight thru is vegatable garden and tore it all up but it was his fault for putting it in the easement.  He moved it for the next year.

As for the water leak, if it's in the easement i would call whomever supplies your water and tell them there is a leak.  As for who pays for it, let the water company and AT&T hash it out.

I am having this same problem I sent pictures to my county CEO today. They blocked my driveway were rude when asked to move. Waited over an hour went outside and took pics then they decided to back up so that I could enter. It's raining all week very muddy they left several empty water bottles in yard and wet boxes no clean up at all.
