Construction hole on my property

Att is doing construction in our area, probably laying cable. We live in Creekside Farms Subdivision off of Goodwin Lane in New Braunfels. We specifically live on Orion Drive. We had a hole dug between our properties back in mid October and it is still sitting there with no work that has been done for at least a month.  Even though we don’t have small children, there are kids that live in homes around us. It has been an eyesore since the beginning and would like some information as to why it’s taking so long to fill it in and when it will be finished. Recent pictures attached.
thank you.

We're here to help you check on the construction delay, Bulwinkle53.

In order for us to dig a little deeper into what's causing the delay, we'll need to speak privately. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon. We'll be messaging you shortly.

We look forward to speaking with you!

Yomi,

Two guys were here this morning and cleaned up the area between our houses. It looks great. Couldn’t attach a pic.
Thank you very much for your help on this.

Hi again,

I was very happy with your fast response and the job of cleaning up the area between my house and my neighbor. One last thing that needs to be taken care of is that we have, what I believe, are temporary lines for our cable/internet connecting our houses with the box that the utilities are in. There are orange lines that are just laying on the ground exposed connecting the unground utility box with our houses. Once  that is cleared up then we can have our builder finish the landscaping between our houses.

Thank you again very much.

Orange lines are likely the COAX cabling from your local cable provider.

You would need to contact them concerning having those lines buried and the time line.

ATT wiring would be black often marked with yellow or orange caution tape, but the wiring is black.
