Clueless
I respectfully don’t understand how I’ve scheduled TWO appointments which, where and when: the first appointment the technician had at first delayed the 1-3 time slot which then turned into a “no call, no show” by the technician. I paid my money... there was no delay in them taking it out of my account the first time around.
During the 2nd appointment, (second day I called off of work In order to be home for the technician for the service to be set up) there was another delay which the technician did not reach out once again and turned into another “no call, no show”.
Before the 2nd appointment was scheduled, the supervisor said she noted my account “PRIORITY”. How does this happen? How?

i know here in my area we went from almost 50 techs to 2 personally i think they shouldnt take any appointments right now it only add fuel to the fire with missed appointments, techs have a priority right now with first responders and hospitals etc so if they get a call they drop everything and go to those
