Charge $100 to my checking account

I was charge $100 to my checking from att I was looking at your internet bundles or packages and I wanted to buy the internet which was $100 for the first installment but I never proceeded with it I just closed the app and canceled it I didn't make a appointment or anything and I was still charged $100 to my account please fix this problems because I feel like you guys (AT&T) shouldn't had took that money out my account contact me if you need to
