Can't Get Internet Installed Until Pre-Existing Line is Canceled
Hi - first of all, I'm an AT&T employee.
I'm moving and called to set up my AT&T fiber internet at the new address. I was informed that a pre-existing line is already open at the new property, so I wouldn't be able to install my internet until that line is closed. The problem is that the previous tenant had Spectrum, not AT&T, so we have no idea who even opened the original line.
How can I get this resolved ASAP?
